"I just came off of a vacation here at Kings Creek Plantation. I had such a pleasant stay. The grounds were beautiful. I will describe all of the plus's of my trip. 1. The location was right next to Water Country USA. Also, 2 miles from Busch Gardens. 2. They just built a second outdoor pool, that I preferred more because it wasn't surrounded by trees. The pool was divided into three sections that had waterfalls that poured into the next section. The site is undergoing a construction for a new Aquatic center which will have an indoor pool with other amenities."

"What a wonderful surprise. The resort was as beautiful, clean, and spacious as depicted on their web site-Beautifully decorated small houses equipped with everything you can imagine. Seemed brand new. We had a one bedroom-although it had two TVs-it lacked the 72 inch TV that came with the two bedroom (my son's observation). The washer/drier in the apartment was a blessing and, for the first time, returning home did not mean tons of laundry. It is wonderful!"

Details of Participation

Attendance at an approximately 90 minutes timeshare sales presentation at the sponsoring host resort is required. All persons must be of legal age or older. If married or living together, couples must attend the timeshare sales presentation together in order to receive this offer; individuals may purchase separately. In non-married couples are traveling together and are combining their income to qualify, must show identification with matching addresses. Guests must present a major credit card (debit cards not accepted) and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. You are not eligible if you have previously toured the sponsoring resort developing company within 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted (more than one couple traveling together). All packages sold are subject to availability and acceptance by the host resort. During peak time periods surcharges may apply. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge of $75.00 plus tax. Failure to attend the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in promotional rate plus $75 per hotel night of the stay, $125 per room per night for resort stays. GROUPS may not schedule their promotional vacation for the same time. Cancellations or reschedules received with in 3 business days, are subject to the following fees: $79 fee for hotel rooms, $129 for 1bedroom resort rooms, $169 for 2 bedroom resort rooms and $199 for 3 bedroom resort rooms.

You may reserve your package with or without dates. Travel must be completed within 6 months of the purchase date. Reservations are subject to availability.
