Attendance at an approximately 90 minutes timeshare sales presentation at the sponsoring host resort is required. All persons must be of legal age or older. If married or living together, couples must attend the timeshare sales presentation together in order to receive this offer; individuals may purchase separately. In non-married couples are traveling together and are combining their income to qualify, must show identification with matching addresses. Guests must present a major credit card (debit cards not accepted) and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. You are not eligible if you have previously toured the sponsoring resort developing company within 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted (more than one couple traveling together). All packages sold are subject to availability and acceptance by the host resort. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge of $75.00 plus tax. Failure to attend the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in promotional rate plus $75 per hotel night of the stay, $125 per room per night for resort stays. No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or where not permitted by law.
GROUPS may not schedule their promotional vacation for the same time. Couples who schedule their promotions for the same time may be held responsible for the cost of the gifts and accommodation charges at the normal nightly rate, (up to $350 depending on the season) as well as forfeiting any advance payments. Groups include 2 or more couples or families traveling on separate preview packages to the resort area during the same time period.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS are subject to availability. It is tntresorts.com intention to provide you with your requested accommodations. Some resorts confirm requests at the time of booking and others assign hotels at the time of arrival. Tntresorts.com will work on your behalf to secure accommodations for the specific dates that you requested. In order to do this, tntresorts.com reserves the right to find alternative accommodations for your party size and or change your package to an alternative sponsoring resort in the same city in order to find you accommodations. Once accommodations are confirmed, packages are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The guest may cancel their package up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival and there is a $39 cancellation fee. The guest may reschedule their package up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival and there is a $25 reschedule fee. Cancellations or reschedules received with in 3 business days, are subject to the following fees: $79 fee for hotel rooms, $129 for 1bedroom resort rooms, $169 for 2 bedroom resort rooms and $199 for 3 bedroom resort rooms.
Qualifications / Requirements For San Francisco, California Promotions
San Francisco, CA. This includes up to 2 adults and 2 children sharing a standard hotel room (two doubles or one king bed depending upon occupancy). In the event of a reschedule, your accommodations are subject to availability with limited holiday use. Your presentation is scheduled for the second day of your visit. Pets are not allowed. You are responsible for all room taxes (approximately $10 per night), transportation, parking and any incidentals that you may incur including but not limited to meals and entertainment, unless specifically included in your vacation package. Depending upon availability, additional nights may be available for additional cost. Please call for details. This package includes consecutive nights stay. This offer is only valid in AZ, CA, HI, IL, MN, NV, OR, WA.
You must meet the following qualifications to be eligible for this promotion travel package:
- Be a U.S. citizen;
- Be of legal age, 21 or older (If married or a cohabitating couple, one party of the "couple" shall meet the age requirement);
- Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $60,000;
- You must not have participated in a Shell Vacations Club Vacation Ownership sales presentation within the past 12 months (6 months for current Shell Vacations owners/members), have ever participated in more than two (2) presentations at the same Shell Vacations sales center or own a Shell Owners Club timeshare interest or vacation club membership;
- Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or ATM cards are not accepted;
- No children under the age of 8 are allowed in the presentation, however, we do have a supervised playroom for children between the ages of 2 and 7. Unfortunately, we do not have any facilities for children under that age of 2;
- Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English without the benefit of an interpreter; and
- If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership at the designated time and place prior to receiving the above-described gifts. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged the full retail rate of the hotel (at the time of your stay) and the retail amount of any other incentive(s) you have received.
Cancellation Policy:
This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 72 hour notice, will result in a $75.00 charge to your credit card or forfeiture of your vacation package. If you do not authorize the $75 charge, your vacation package will be automatically forfeited. If you elect to pay the $75 “No Show” charge, and we will be happy to reschedule you. This charge is incurred because of a "no-show" charge that SVC-West, L.P. incurs for the first night of your scheduled stay from the participating hotel. Again, should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, simply let us know prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will be happy to help you select other travel dates within the next six month period.
The seller is SVC-West, L.P. ("Seller"). Seller is a California limited partnership, with an address of 2801 Leavenworth Ave., San Francisco, CA 94133. The timeshare interest we offer is a membership in Shell Owners Club-West. Our sales presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer. You will be entitled to receive your incentive after 90 minutes if you so choose.
All packages sold are subject to availability and acceptance by the host resort. TNTresorts.com will issue two confirmation numbers with your purchase. The first is for the package and the second is for the actual accommodations. Do not travel until you are issued a second confirmation number for the accommodations.
