Attendance at an approximately 90 minutes timeshare sales presentation at the sponsoring host resort is required. All persons must be of legal age or older. If married or living together, couples must attend the timeshare sales presentation together in order to receive this offer; individuals may purchase separately. In non-married couples are traveling together and are combining their income to qualify, must show identification with matching addresses. Guests must present a major credit card (debit cards not accepted) and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. You are not eligible if you have previously toured the sponsoring resort developing company within 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted (more than one couple traveling together). All packages sold are subject to availability and acceptance by the host resort. During peak time periods surcharges may apply. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge of $75.00 plus tax. Failure to attend the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in promotional rate plus $75 per hotel night of the stay, $125 per room per night for resort stays. No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or where not permitted by law.
GROUPS may not schedule their promotional vacation for the same time. Couples who schedule their promotions for the same time may be held responsible for the cost of the gifts and accommodation charges at the normal nightly rate, (up to $350 depending on the season) as well as forfeiting any advance payments. Groups include 2 or more couples or families traveling on separate preview packages to the resort area during the same time period.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS are subject to availability. It is tntresorts.com intention to provide you with your requested accommodations. Some resorts confirm requests at the time of booking and others assign hotels at the time of arrival. Tntresorts.com will work on your behalf to secure accommodations for the specific dates that you requested. In order to do this, tntresorts.com reserves the right to find alternative accommodations for your party size and or change your package to an alternative sponsoring resort in the same city in order to find you accommodations. Once accommodations are confirmed, packages are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The guest may cancel their package up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival and there is a $39 cancellation fee. The guest may reschedule their package up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival and there is a $25 reschedule fee. Cancellations or reschedules received with in 3 business days, are subject to the following fees: $79 fee for hotel rooms, $129 for 1bedroom resort rooms, $169 for 2 bedroom resort rooms and $199 for 3 bedroom resort rooms.
Qualifications/Requirements for Boyne Falls Bluegreen Promotions
This promotion is sponsored by Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc. (“Bluegreen”), and is designed for married, cohabiting or single individuals with an annual household income of $40,000 or more. Only married couples may combine their incomes to meet the income requirement, and, if married, the couple is required to visit and tour together. Cohabitants are encouraged to attend together. Attendance at an approximately 90-120 minute Bluegreen Vacation Club® sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership is also required to qualify for this offer. Failure to attend the sales presentation in its entirety may result in purchaser being charged the standard retail value of accommodations. The sales presentation will be in English. Verified retail value of promotional gifts ranges from $50.00 to $150.00, based upon package offer. Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate of up to $175.00 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, and package offer. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods and holiday stays. Savings and accommodations may vary per season. A photo ID as well as a valid personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card, or a Visa or MasterCard check card, is also required at check-in for incidentals during your stay. Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable room and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Accommodations are at a Bluegreen preferred partner hotel. This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable. One offer per family, no groups. Travel must be completed within 6 months from the issue date of the vacation package. If you have to reschedule, you must notify us at two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, and a $38.00 re-schedule fee will be charged. (Only 1 reschedule per package). No rescheduling is allowed within two (2) weeks of your scheduled arrival date. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Maryland residents are not required to attend a sales presentation in conjunction with this promotion. Bluegreen acts as an agent for hotel, attractions, and other services supplied as part of the vacation package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. All operators, including air carriers, hotels, car rental companies and attractions mentioned are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations toward and limitations in respect to liability to the purchaser directly. Bluegreen is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, or Acts of God. Employees of Bluegreen, Bluegreen Corporation, their affiliated companies, and their immediate families, previous participants of Bluegreen promotions within the past 15 months, and Bluegreen owners that have attended a Bluegreen Vacation Club sales presentation within the preceding ninety (90) days, are ineligible for this offer. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Important Note: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit or check card an accommodations’ fee equivalent to the published rack rate of such accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the Participant. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
You may cancel and request a refund at any time within ten (10) days following receipt of your vacation package materials. The cancellation must be in writing and mailed to the address printed on the front of this letter. Residents of AR, LA, MI, OH, PA, VA, & WI should refer to the additional enclosed inserts regarding their cancellation rights.
All packages sold are subject to availability and acceptance by the host resort. TNTresorts.com will issue two confirmation numbers with your purchase. The first is for the package and the second is for the actual accommodations. Do not travel until you are issued a second confirmation number for the accommodations. Images on this website might not necessarily represent the actual resort.
